Mailgun Connect

Paste the Mailgun trial values once. The CRM checks the key and saves the connection.

Twilio Connect

SMS can use a Twilio API key and an approved Messaging Service. The Auth Token is still useful for secure webhook validation.

Browser Calling

Browser calling reuses the API key above. Set the Twilio Voice TwiML App voice request URL to /api/webhooks/twilio/voice/browser-outbound on the public CRM domain.

Uses the saved Twilio account to create or sync the API key and Voice TwiML App, stores the needed values here, and points inbound calls at the CRM call tree.

Inbound call routing

Points incoming calls to the saved Twilio number at the CRM call tree. Active live-handoff contacts are tried in order until someone answers.

Closed-loop SMS test recipient

Use a second Twilio SMS number as the fake prospect. It must be different from the CRM sending number.

Route test recipient auto-replies

Points the second Twilio test number at the CRM auto-responder so live SMS tests can reply back without using a human phone.

Start closed-loop SMS test

Sends one controlled CRM SMS to the saved test recipient and waits for the auto-reply to come back through the normal inbound SMS webhook.
